Terms and Conditions – Belle Driving School These Terms and Conditions govern the services
provided by Belle Driving School ("we," "us," "our") to clients ("you," "your") in accordance with
Australian consumer law and industry best practices. 1. Lesson Bookings All driving lessons must
be booked in advance via our website, or phone. Bookings are subject to availability and
confirmation. You must provide accurate personal details when booking. 2. Payment Policy
Payment is required in full before the commencement of each lesson. We accept cash and
online payments. Cash must be paid upfront at the start of the lesson. Online payments must be
completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Prices are listed on our website and
may be subject to change with notice. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling You must provide at
least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24
hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $25. No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) may
result in forfeiture of the lesson fee. 4. Student Requirements You must hold a valid Australian
learner’s permit or driver’s licence. You must bring your licence to each lesson. You must be fit
to drive (not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that impairs driving). 5.
Instructor Rights and Safety Our instructors reserve the right to terminate a lesson if they
believe the student poses a safety risk. Abuse, harassment, or unsafe behaviour will not be
tolerated. 6. Vehicle Use Our vehicles are insured and maintained to Australian road safety
standards. 7. Privacy and Data We collect and store personal information in accordance with the
Australian Privacy Act 1988. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent,
except as required by law. 8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
